Cleaning the frame
All you need here is a sponge, clean towels and low-grade leaning solution like a few drops of dish soap and water. Do you feel any drafts or air leaks in spite of sound sealing? Did you notice condensation before? Are there any cracks? Be sure to be thorough and look through any issues that might exist.
